WELCOME back to the third month of Be in the Picture, which I’m hosting with the lovely Kerry from All About a Mini Norris. We decided to start a monthly photo project after realising how bad we, and a lot of mothers, are at being in their pics rather than always being behind the camera.
In the past three months I’ve definitely seen an increase in the number of photos I appear in. It’ll be nice for the boys to look back and know I was actually with them on days out … even if I do delete quite a few of the photos Stew takes of me 🙁
My pics for March were taken this weekend when we went for a walk along the coast from Stackpole Quay to Barafundle Bay in Pembrokeshire. It felt like the first day of sun in months and it was so lovely to get some fresh air. We stopped half way for a picnic of leftover Dominoes pizza from Friday night, giving Ezra a break from the baby carrier and Santi a chance to look for sharks in the sea.
We spent a couple of hours on the beach, building sandcastles and looking for crabs in the rock pools. We didn’t find any, but Santi got very excited to find a “sea creature” in a shell. It’s such a pretty little beach, and nicely tucked away in a cove.
This month’s featured blogger image is from Over 40 and Mum to One. I love the field of snowdrops in the background … thank you for joining in! If you’d like to link up a blog post just follow the instructions below, and if you’re not a blogger you can share your photos over on my Facebook page.
